i love shopping on line, for convience, affordability and freedom of choice.  This web-site offers it all.  When I needed to find a birthday gift for my great-niece, Isabella, I knew K-mart would have it.  The problem was, I work 50 hours a week!!! No problem after all!  I can just jump on the site...

Trying To Keep Pace with Wal-Mart

In these days of mergers, maybe it's a good thing K-Mart & Sears merged.  I'm not sure who bought out who.  They need the extra buying power to compete with rival Wal-Mart. (Insert four letter word of your choice here.)

As far as actually shopping on line at K-Mart - I do not, seeing I have one a few...

K-Mart: The worst of all Customer Service Experiences

After begging for a person to provide service to me and my family, we left the store even though we went to purchase a dinner set. We called two Supervisors, and two more people. That day, after 20-30 mn, we left the store even though we wanted to buy a dinner set that was on display. We never were attended. THe store is K-Mart on Capital Boulevard, in Raleihg, NC, behind McDonalds. This was like a year ago. I am happy I had the opportunity to tell someone.

I love this store and will pass walmart ot shop here.

I was a long time walmart customer, but NO MORE. I will drive an extra 2 miles just to shop this store. It is cleaner, the people are nicer, and the prices are better

there was a whole lot more to choose from on the website than in the store, and i actually for a few really nice christmas presents for very cheap.

Good deals; love being able to read weekly ad online.

Since I live 30 minutes from Kmart I depend on kmart.com to read the weekly ad so I can plan my trips. It's great that they have integrated Sears and Kmart online so that if Kmart.com doesn't have an item it suggests a similar item from Sears.com.

I also appreciate the fact that they have special sales and shipping online - such as free shipping and after-hours sales.  It's always interesting to see what they are going to be offering up next.

I ordered a set of dishes. Well, the dishes were just sent in the box as if they were on a shelf, they were inside a shipping box, but no extra packing was done inside the retailer's box and some of the dishes were broken. I emailed kmart customer service about the problem and offered to come to the store to get 3 bowls and 1 coffe cup, or they could send me replacements or give me a coupon. I never heard back from them. Will hesitate to order again.

I recently made a purchase order with Kmart and I was impressed with this stores timely delivery. I received all my items and the quality of the merchandise was exceptional. I love the idea of the online layaway option and because of it, I will be making many more purchases. This is the first time I ever heard about this opportunity. I would love it if all the other online stores provided this option.

Site has a ton to offer. I left a similar comment for the Kmart Store rating, but when you enter in site name, I want to rate Kmart.com, but the autofill pops up Kmart, Kmart feed back, Kmart Feedback, Kmart online, etc. I don't think that all of those should be in there; just Kmart or Kmart.com

I had no problems on Kmarts web site. I found everything I was looking for and I didn't freeze up once. Walmart's site however, that was a horrible experience, I frooze up constantly. I couldn't put in my order either.

i wanted to but two comforters which cost 48.00 and they were going to charge me 48.00 to ship them to me. Not a good deal I ended up getting them from target being that it was half the price of shipping.

It is so great to be able to do your shopping in the comfort of your own home. It is just alot more relaxing to shop at home. You can take your time to find exactly what you need.
