In these days of mergers, maybe it's a good thing K-Mart & Sears merged. I'm not sure who bought out who. They need the extra buying power to compete with rival Wal-Mart. (Insert four letter word of your choice here.)
As far as actually shopping on line at K-Mart - I do not, seeing I have one a few miles from me. But, I'll still browse around their web site to locate an item. Whoever designed their web site should be fired. It uses java script, which takes forever to load...even on DSL. And while it loads, your screen freezes up. You may as well go get a cup of coffee.
On the good side, many items formally found only at Sears, are now available through K-Mart also. The prime example being tools; Crafstman. I know, I know...it's a "Man Thing." I'm guessing they are still guaranteed for life!
