This is the best site I've found for airline ticket searches.  It pays to sign up for an account because that gives you access to flexible search options and it allows the web site to remember your recent searches.  The only negative I've found is that it doesn't allow you to search certain airlines--particularly Southwest.  But I think this is true of all the other sites, too.
