When I first learned about Kayak I was very positive. It could always find the lowest prices. Lately I have found that the results are not the cheapest options and some of the results are not even accurate. One time i showed up at the hotel and Kayak had given me the wrong info, so in stead of getting 5 star hotel as expected I got less than 3 stars.
