DON"T LEAVE YOUR PET THERE!!!

I took my two small dogs there for grooming services. Thay have to be dropped off by 9 am and they call you when the dogs are done. I took my two boys in for grooming snd did not receive a call back. Around 2:30 I phoned, concerned cause of bathroom breaks and the older one does not eat early int he morning he eats later in the afternoon. WHen I phoned in the lady assured me that if they had been there that long that they would be let out and walked. And that treats ans water were provided for any animal there for over so many hours. I felt a bit at ease by this. Around 5 p.m. I was called to pick them up. When I did, both could hardly make it out the door before having to use the restroom. When they got home they consumed two large bowls of water letting me know that they had not been provided the care she stated. Both ate as if starved and I am sure they were. I phoned the owner of the facility and she told me that it was my fault for not having them in earlier. That if I had had them in earlier they would have been released sooner. She was not apologetic of anything and instead was rude and insulting. I was hurt that my boys had to suffer like that. That place should be checked for their standards of animal treatment.

My 2 small dogs did they same thing after i picked them up...they drank water like they hadnt had it in days and had to go to the bathroom as soon as we walked out the door. I also asked for a tour when i dropped them off as well as when i picked them up and was told no both times. From now on I will have someone come to my house...dont take your dogs here!
