The iTouchless trashcan is wonderful and life changing!!!! We originally started looking for trashcans with lids because we wanted to make sure our toddlers stayed out of the trash. When we came across this one, we knew we needed to give it a try. We've had it for over a year and absolutely LOVE it. It really does keep our toddlers out of the trash and makes changing/taking out that garbage sooo much easier. It has a ring that you put over the bag and then you put the lid on top of that, and that way your bag NEVER falls into the can. AWESOME! I also really like the lid because it keeps all of the dust and yucky stuff inside the can, for example when I empty my bagless vacuum canister. The best feature is the touchless part. You don't have to open or close it! It does that for you. It took a bit to get used to it, and a few trial and errors, but once you get used to it, it's an amazing feature. When I'm cooking, cutting up something messy like a tomato, I don't have to use a messy hand to open up the garbage can, just place a hand over the sensor and it opens, walk away and it closes on its own. And you don't HAVE to use the sensor, you can open and close it if you please. That's what my 2.5 year old has to do, since he doesn't quiet understand the sensor part. ;) I recommend this trash can to everyone that comes over to my house. It's always talked about because it's that awesome. ;)
