I first experienced the awesomeness that is iPhone through use of my boyfriend's first-generation iPhone several years ago. This device is amazing and can do everything. Phone, camera, email, the blackberry is not even in comparison. Don't even consider it. I know that there are reviews that are concerns about paying for expensive apps. I have lots of apps that I have not paid for. Some to name a few but all include finding the cheapest gas near you, finding the closest grocery store, making a grocery list, pandora radio, ebay to stay on top of your bids, craigslist (this app is awesome), I will agree the camera doesn't make the best pictures and i still have another camera but for all those times i forget my digital...
