insigna - ipod boombox Review

I needed a boombox that I could use with my apple ipod touch.In scearching for one that was a reasonable price I found the insigna brand. I has a cd load on the back of it and radio on the front,also a place to put your ipod on it in the front, so you can listen to your ipod music through loader speakers. It fits many differant ipods into it,cause it comes with little plastic pieces to hook your ipod into it if you have a smaller version of an ipod. If you have an ipod touch, you do not need to use the plastic pieces ,your ipod just sits in the spot.While using it there is differant choices for the type of music your listening to choose from for better sound. Also it comes with programable features so you can use that if you choose. There is also an remote control so you don't stop what your doing to go to it and use it. This I found is very convenient if your day is packed full with stuff to do,like mine.This is the second one that I have had.We did have a problem with the first one where all of a sudden the speakers were not working. That problem was easly resloved though by takin it back to the store and exchanging it for another one. The one we have now has worked just fine and we have not had any problems with it since. The sound quality is wonderful and it is very easy to use.It only took a couple of minutes to put in batteries and set ipod on it and we were listening to our favorite songs in no time.
