quick and easy and works

messy, looking for convenience, too busy to make beds, married, a homeowner, a woman, find housework tiring
Pros

    open source for techies, goes straight from hard 2 carpet no prob, open source for techies to play with, Leaves me free to do other things., Quiet, Requires no setup.

Cons
    can't clean stairs

iRobot Roomba Sage For Pets — 

we'd joked about getting one off and on, but I felt it was way too indulgent - no matter how much I hate hoovering - and I do!!

My husband found a link to their new floor washing machines, no idea about them, but it led him to irobot website where he discovered you can get a refurbished one extremely cheaply, fully warranted. Mine only has a few minor scratches, has the new upgraded battery, and works wonderfully. Now if only it would do stairs!!

Take the time to read thin instruction book, as does have useful hints on uses
