The iRobot was everything promised. Tony had barking contests with it so I had to return the iRobot to the store. The sales person when we asked about the return policy mentioned we had, "ninety days, but in the three years she worked at Sears she had never seen one returned." Notice in this quote there was no mention of any 15% Return Fee!
We were told when returning the iRobot that this 15% Return Fee was on the receipt.
This was brought to our attention when we were astonished to learn of the fee at the time of return.
Since Tony won our need of silence the $45.Return Policy made us...

This is an amazing product and I highly recommend it. It comes with a remote control, 2 room markers and a docking station. We have it programmed to go off every morning and clean our house. It splits up its time between the three rooms as we have them marked off. If a room isn't ready we just shut the door so it can't go in there. It keeps the floor clean without my having to give it a second thought. I like it when it goes off when I'm not home because the noise bothers me if I'm around, but it is much quieter than a traditional vacuum. It rarely gets stuck, but it has gotten stuck...

The Roomba has come to my life as a blessing. Being a cleanliness freak, i hate to have days when I am unable to find time to vacuum.Ever since we have Roomba, it takes care of this issue & I dont need to get extra time off to get that peace of mind.
All u need to do is make sure u dont have any wires/loose papers around on the floor & id that is all taken care of...sit back...relax ....and Roomba will do the needful.
A must for everyhome that can afford it!
have had the Roomba for 3 weeks now and it has out performed itself in every way.
Even in the ease of emptying the vacuum and getting hair off the roller brushes.

The robat Roomba is a handy device if there is a long run of clear floor. I have friends who love it , but I find the need to get around a pet cage more than it can handle.
