This was the very first Roomba model that I purchased back in 2005 and it lasted for about six years before I had to replace it. This was six years of daily use so I definitely got my money's worth out of it! This is a great basic model. You just place it in the middle of the floor, turn it on, and it's on its way. It cleans thoroughly and quite quickly. It does a wonderful job on carpet, hardwood, linoleum, and tile. It picks up everything from cereal pieces to dry cat food to smaller things such as spilled coffee grounds or sand from your shoes. It keeps everything looking great. The collection bin is nicely sized so you usually only need to empty it once either before or after the cleaning cycle. The emptying process takes about thirty seconds from start to finish and is infinitely better than changing out the old fashioned bags. Once a year or so I replaced the brushes to get maximum cleaning. If I had a long haired cat or dog I would probably need to replace them more often. Overall, this is a very high quality product that will last for years and years and it is worth its weight in gold for the time you save. I definitely highly, highly recommend it!

I have had this roomba for more than a few years now. The build quality is excellent and the product is very durable. I use this in my office for helping keep the floor cleaned. It cleans a room in about and hour and then needs a re-charge. In that hour the room is clean. it is amazing the amount of dirt this item picks up, even after so many uses over so many years. This product is great for cleaning under tables and chairs.
