Don't waste your money on an Apple.  The IRiver is much cheaper and holds more music than the Apples in the same price range.  Sound quality is excellent and tech support was awesome.  I recommend these to all my friends buying an MP3 player.

This product was superb until it quit working.  I contacted customer service and they were of no help since we did not have a receipt (received it as a gift).  However, before it broke, the sound quality was great, it was very easy to download music, and very easy to use (not as easy as iPod, but still easy once you learned the buttons).
