This company should not be in business - if I could give it minus 1000 stars I would. I wish I'd read all the negative reviews before ordering from them -- They have given me the run around for over a week regarding a return - at this point I've written my purchase off as a loss and will donate the merchandise because I do not expect a return label or refund -- and frankly I prefer to cut ties with these horrific people asap. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these unprofessional people. STEER CLEAR!

Let me summarize my experience : Not only some of the Best prices and selection, but quality (Expiration dates listed, and the freshest I could find. Temperature controlled storage). Free shipping on orders over $40 in the US. International shipping rates very low. Canada in particular can also get free shipping with tracking, or if you select DHL shipping as low as $2.69 plus GST customs prepaid. Very fast delivery, and even with the prepay, prices are better than vendors in Canada with free shipping.

I placed my first order few weeks ago and still no sign of my parcel i was never advised once the items were dispatched to England to receive my parcel I needed to pay an extra £16 . I have been cheated by iherbs for false advertise . If was not for me making a call to the delivery company and make the extra payment my parcel would have been destroyed.I should now receive my parcel next week.Next time I will buy elsewhere and is cheaper too

iHerb forgot to pack half of the order I had paid for, and when I asked them to ship it to me, they told me I would have to order it again. No help was offered. I do not recommend iHerb.

I used this site for the first time 2 weeks ago (I'm in Australia) I would not excimer buying from them online! I made payment 2 weeks ago and still have not received anything!! When I asked them about shipping they said it was posted only 2 DAYS AGO! That is ridiculous considering I paid via credit card instantly and they've taken 12 days just to post it??!

I ordered from this company and they omitted to inform me CLEARLY of their customs and tax charges on delivery. I've seen many reviews now with the same issue and it's not acceptable. If customers were aware of this up front they could make an informed choice as to whether they purchased from them or another company. Responses from their customer services were unhelpful. Won't use them again or recommend them to anyone either.

Bought some water based nail varnish for my daughter and I'm from the UK and they neglected to mention import duties. Not sure if it was intentional or just poor substandard service and research. Either way if you are from the uk I would avoid.
