    full time vet on staff, reasonable prices, spay & neuter clinic on premises, wonderful caring staff

The staff was very friendly.  They opened up about 10 minutes early, and my pet was promptly ready for pickup, as promised.  I had my puppy, Gracie spayed.  Since Gracie is a female, they knew that the surgery was more extensive, and they prescribed her pain medication.  The Baltimore County Humane Society exceeded my expectations in the care that was provided to my pet.
