The other day I was speaking with my nephew about TV shows. The discussion was about TV shows that while excellent, just didn't seem to make it.
The conversation turned to Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, a show within a show, written and directed by the award winning team of Aaron Sorkin and Tommy Schlamme (West Wing, Sports Night).
The show had gotten caught up in the writer's strike and never made it back, although the few remaining episodes had been aired after the strike was settled.
I had said that I missed a couple of the final episodes and that's when I learned of hulu.com from him.

review »I first found hulu.com when searching for a place to watch an episode of "Super Nanny" that sounded interesting. I tried to watch it online, but for some reason my computer just wouldn't work with the site. Doing a search I found hulu, com, but not Super Nanny.
Interestingly enough I DID find the second part to a television show that I had given up on. I DVR'd the first episode, not knowing that it was a two part movie. Here I was hanging in the wind about how the television movie ended and I was able to watch it online for free at hulu.com.
I admit, I enjoy hulu.com and every once in a...
review »Hulu is a great service, the price is right and the content can't be beat. Comedy Central, NBC, FOX they all recognize the power of Internet TV as a new form of broadcasting. If you miss a show Hulu is a great service catch it on. But just a heads up not all TV shows are not available on Hulu. But not to worry there's enough content to suit anyone's needs. It's totally not stealing too, cause there are two 30 sec commercials for every half hour show. Hulu doesn't just stop at TV shows they've recently added tons of great movies to their lineup. If you haven't tried it what are you waiting for?...
review »Cable prices got ridiculous and I just couldn't see myself paying hundreds of dollars for the one or two shows I enjoyed. I switched over to using an antenna and only kept my cable for my basic internet connection. Thanks to Hulu, I hardly even turn on the TV for the free on-air stuff. At most, the shows on hulu are a day old, but I hardly notice. I love being able to watch quality programs on MY schedule.
Hulu is also very easy to navigate through, or to search and I'm usually up and running within a matter of minutes. My only wish is that they had even more shows to watch.
Thanks, hulu!
The other day while watching a "Family Guy" clip on youtube I happened to look down at the bottom of the screen and see a small website address, hulu.com. It turned out they were the one's posting the clip on youtube, and after further review I discovered that hulu.com had even more to offer. They had movies, tv shows, and more, it was great and all free. It's free because advertisers promote during the movies for maybe 2min per show if not less, check it out and see for yourself.
