I would recommend Sam and Quicken to anybody. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions through the closing. I'd advise you to shop around. Ultimately, Quicken's price was as low as anybody but their customer service and efficiency were far superior to any other place I had spoken with.

Quicken made my refinancing so easy and they gave me a great rate and were helpful along the way. My mortgage consultant Abe was hands-on and answered my questions day and nignt via phone or email. I would def. work with them again.

I LOVE STATEFARM ! I live in castro valley ca and the statefarm out here have been nothing but helpfull and the office in hayward are right on top of things i have never had to wait very long at all to get one of my questions answered the customer service is get and that reall does say alot about a company it really does ! Thank you state farm your awesome !

State Farm adds the personal touch of an agent and office personel that are friendly and helpful. They are willing to work with you and help you find the plan that's right for you. Lets face it-the prices don't really vary that much from one company to another!
Geico
I have now had Geico for almost a year and cannot say enough to praise them. They have the top customer service I have ever had and are so friendly I want to call all the time. I save over $100 just by switching from my old insurance company and when it came time for me to add a car they made it so easy. They even gave me discounts just for staying with them. I don't have to call every 6 months to update or continue my service, they send everything I need to my email or home. They even offer to help me save more money just by telling them some things about me. I would recommend Geico to anyone...

We were refinancing a second home that is located in another state. Personally I didn't think we could do it when I was browsing the internet and contacted Quicken Loans.
Matt Sheffey and Sherry Wong made it a very pleasant experience. They kept me in the loop when my documents were received and let me know right away if they needed anything additional. Any questions that I had were answered immediately.

During the past year when interest rates have been low, I contacted the mortgage company who had my mortgage. I tried a couple of times, but it always came down to the fact that my mortgage loan wasn't high enough to get a lower rate. Recently I saw an ad on Facebook, about lower your mortgage rate, I clicked on it, filled out the questionaire, and submitted it. A couple of days later I got a call from Luke Michels at Quicken Loan. He asked me questions and listened to my answers.
