read full review »AB Coster AB circle pro
As most things you see on the tv, you think it is just a gimic. I bought my ab circle pro off of ebay and didnt think that you could use it in a lot of ways. I thought that you could just go from side to side. I liked the video that was included in it. It showed that when you seperate the bar from the knee pads that you could work your legs and also your butt. I would do 25 of each exercise provided each day and some of them, where you hold the palms of your hands up, you can definately feel it in your abs. I dont think that it works your whole complete abs, but it does work thr top part of your...
read full review »Coleman Campers Tool
I do not think that the Coleman Camper's Tool is the best multi-purpose tool out there for camping, but considering its price, you could do a lot worse. My biggest problem with the Camper's Tool is that it is somewhat bulky and heavy. It is just under eight ounces in weight and it is big enough that even if you slip it in your pocket it is going to weigh you down and feel a bit awkward. On the plus side, you will have just about every tool you will need with the tool. There are both regular pliers and needle nose pliers, two knives, a can opener, wire cutter, screwdrivers, and a file to name...

Well it took quite a while for me to find the treadmill that i wanted and could afford. I got very lucky and walked into a HEST Fitness center and it was right there when I walked in and I fell in love with it immediately. It was easy to use. The buttons are very easy to read - and at my age that's a HUGE plus. It also appeared very easy to move around and such and when the guy let me fold up the ramp and try to roll it out a little .. it was super easy. Since I'm always moving things around in the garage, which is the laundry room/home gym/storage area, this was another bonus. The biggest...

Sportcraft tx 335 treadmill. I have had for about two years now. It does not take up a lot of space and it is pretty light if you want to move to another room. It has heart rate monitor, it has a thumb spot for it to measure your pulse. It has a bottle holder. There are about 6 exercising programs you can choose from. It also has a very important feature such as an emergency shutdown cord that you can pull if you feel you are not keeping up with the treadmill. You can change the speed any time you want. It is perfect for walking. But it is definitely not for running. I would say it can be dangerous...
read full review »image 8.25 Elliptical
The image 8.25 elliptical trainer shows amount of reps, heartrate, calories burned, etc. My only problem with this machine is that it is rough on your knee joints if you are not used to running, climbing, or used to using them in this way. For someone who isn't used to doing regular exercise this can be really tough. I got this as a gift, and wouldn't trade it for the world. So, it has its good and bad points. Only uses 4 double A batteries, and is really handy to have rechargeable ones if you intend to use it a lot. This machine can even be used by a child as long as they are supervised by an...

I have had several Mini-Mag Lites over the years and it doesn't really matter what color they are since they all work the same. The only difference with this package is that the Mini-Mag Lite comes along with two AA batteries and a holster that you can use to carry the flashlight.
For me, the holster is just something I've never had a use for, since I keep the mini-mag lite in my pocket or just somewhere accessible. I suppose if you had to carry it around a lot and use it often, the holster would come in handy.
For me though, I keep my Mini-Mag in the kitchen for the most part. If the power goes...
read full review »The Bender Ball
The Bender Ball is fun to use and a good little item to add to your sit-up routine. However, the fine print is so fine you can't read about the fact that you are automatically "enrolled" in a "free 30 day risk free program" that sends further DVD's and items each month at your expense. All I wanted was the $9.99 Bender Ball and it turned into a total fiasco with calls to Customer Service and lines at the post office to return the items. I am still waiting for the refund. Purchase your Bender Ball at a store so you aren't scammed into additional charges
Cybex Arc Trainer
I tried it the other day at my sister's gym and loved it. We have only 1 Cybex machine in my gym...I think it's the best kept secret. I think people may not like how it looks, not so glamorous, but man does it do the job!!
- This machine gives a fuller more complete leg motion than the elliptial
- Thighs get a great workout
- Great on joints
- Fun
Walmart Bicycles
So I thought to myself, "time to get fit!", & here started the story!
I went to my local Walmart & bought a sub-$100 mountain bike, pretty standard, but adequate for my 57yr old frame & level of fitness.(l'm only 190lbs by the way)
So the first bike gets it's 1st outing, & there's a terrible clunking & grinding coming from the pedals or the pedal crank, l don't know which, so l phone around several Wally outlets after maybe 3 not being able to get hold of the bike technician, & 2 others were unable to get the correct department!
When l eventually do get hold of the onsite bike technician, he cannot...
read full review »Urban Rebounder Fitness System
Of course you have to talk to your own doctor before you start any exercise routine. My doctor said I needed to pursue a healthier diet and regular exercise to drop my cholesterol numbers. I told him I bought the Urban Rebounder and my doctor had no qualms about me using it. Two adult persons do need to help to stretch open the trampoline but really it is not that hard to figure out. Just line up the handle pop out screws to the holes and you have the safety feature ready. Always hold onto the bar or face the bar as you exercise. Sure the video is hokey, but you get the ideas on how to warm up,...

I purchased this from QVC and, I am very happy with the product. I first used a Total Gym during my physical therapy for a knee surgery. I am very impressed with how easy it is to do the exercises. There is a wealth of supporting information and exercises on the web. You can do almost every exercise on this machine that you can do in a gym without the monthly expense of a membership. The convenience is wonderful as well...no more driving to the gym, or trying to find time to go the gym or waiting at the gym for your favorite machines. My friend, who is an exercise fanatic, tried mine...
read full review »Benadryl Itch Relief Spray
Benadryl spray is a nice alternative to creams that just won't rub in or just don't seem to work. The spray gives a sort of cooling sensation that is nice to feel on a bug bite or other itch. Also, because you do not have to rub it in, there is no risk of reirritating it with the rubbing. You can just spray it on and let it be! There are a couple of downsides to the product, though. First of all, it is a liquid, so it tends to drip/run. One spray is usually more than enough liquid to coat your tiny bugbite, so if you spray too close to your body, you end up with a drip running down...

Gaiam Total Body Balance Ball Kit
i didn't realize how much i loved my Gaiam Balance Ball until i let it get a little too close to my space heater...needless to say, i will be purchasing another one as soon as possible. not only does the balance ball act as a fantastic, easily movable office chair that keeps your core engaged while you work at your computer, but it's a great way to increase the effectiveness of abdominal strengthening exercises. i purchased the ball toward the end of my pregnancy when my tailbone started to bother me and i could no longer sit on hard surfaces. i now am using it to regain my ab strength postpartum,...
