Hasbro Lite-Brite Flat Screen
The Lite Brite Flat Screen by Hasbro Toys
I read several other surveys and finally realized they were talking about a larger more advanced version of this toy.I bought this one for my great niece Lexii and she was amazed by it,actually all the kids were. They say it is an updated version of a toy of the past, although I never used one since I was before that. It is fun and very educational for teaching colrs and creative designs. It has lay out sheets with predesignated holes for the kids to follow and you can buy other packs of different designs.

Little kids like to help mom and dad. They usually learn how to help through imitation and they will often observe adult activities and then repeat what they see and hear. Kids will follow this process with most anything, and that includes household chores. One toy that lets children feel part of the household cleanup process is the Playskool Cool Crew Dusty Talking Vacuum, a small toy complete with sounds and sayings.
Toy Commentary:
Playskool Cool Crew Dusty Talking Vacuum is a small, plastic, upright vacuum. It features two friendly faces: One on the front of the vacuum and one on the brush...

LeapFrog Leapster handheld
Any parent big on education would love this product. You can download free games in addition to buying cartrides. Take it anywhere. I take it to church, the doctor's office, play it on the train. They come in all colors. They also have other accessories to go with it such as the adapter and a carrying case. My daughter has a pink leapster with some of her favorite character games loaded onto it. She can learn shapes, counting, colors, alphabets and memory. The games also have levels of difficulty to help challenge her as she learns more and more. There is one game that I downloaded...

The Radio Flyer Pathfinderis the plastic, ruggedized version of the classic Radio Flyer wagon I grew up with.
Safety 1st
For you safety conscious moms and dads, which I hope is all of us, the Pathfinder has safety features we didn't have back in the day. This Radio Flyer has seat belts, seat backs, and added durability. In my day, sharp turns, sudden stops, or bumpy paths meant you might fall out if you weren't holding on.
Convenience
As far as convenience, the seat backs are comfortable as they are safe. The Pathfinderalso has cup holders for sippy cups. The Radio Flyer Pathfinder

LEGO Star Wars
My grandchildren love lego's! And I know that when I buy them they are going to spend hours playing with them and they are going to last for a long time. They challenge their imigination and help with hand/eye cordination. My 6 year old loves them and so does her 10 year old brother.
Step 2 Up and Down Roller Coaster
My son got this as a gift for his first birthday. I was concerned that it would be a little too much for him since he couldn't even walk yet, but with the wide seat of the car he was able to ride it like a champ from the first try! He didn't ride it very much though until he was able to climb up the stairs and get on himself. He did however love playing with the car. He started walking by pushing the car around before he was ready to really ride the coaster. And he still gets a kick out of pushing the car down the ramp and watching it crash into other things! The only problem I can think of...

Purchased for 1 year old's birthday. Comes in 2 forms: Blue and Yellow for Boys and Pink and Purple for Girls.Wagon comes with about 25 blocks of various sizes.
Pros: Wagon is a good size for 1-3 year olds. Handle is easy to lift and wagon is light enough (even full) for a 1 year old to push and pull around. Plenty of room to add other toys. Great when it comes to clean up time and storage. Over all good toy for creative play. Easy to buy more blocks to play with. Very inexpensive.
Cons: There are a few places to build on (ie the handle) but there should be more space. Wish it came with more blocks....
Bilibo Pink
My daughter got this as a gift when she was about 9 months old. She wasn't thrilled with it at that age. It rocks and is unstable, which she didn't like when she was young so I put this toy away. I brought it out again when she was about a year and a half old and she has more fun with it now. She likes the way that it rocks around on the floor when she sits in it. She also puts balls in it and rolls them around on the inside, which is very entertaining for her. She has found other uses for this toy too, getting creative with it as she makes a bed for her baby dolls and other toys. ...

I received this game as a Christmas present from one of my students. I liked the design of the game - all the cards are presented in a clear, acrylic box. On a snowy night, my family decided to try it out. What fun! The object of the game is basically to start conversation. The questions are thought provoking, allowing you to truly think about your responses. Questions vary from "What would you like to change about your school" to "How are you different from everyone else." I think it is a great way for families to spent good quality time together.
