I wouldn't even give it one star if it weren't required!  Simply put, these bottles are horrible!  I am a first time parent, but I used to work in a day care and have used a different assortment of bottles, and I've never seen a bottle leak like the Avent system.  It's terrible the moment you think you have the top on correctly, you start feeding, and you look down and your baby is soaked! Only after I spent almost $100 on them did I realized they leaked this badly.  I bought them because I liked the larger nipple.  I was breastfeeding at the time and it was an easier transition for Brinley.  How ever the time spent trying to get the top on just right is not worth it, especially when you have a hungry screaming baby on your hands...your main goal: feed your baby, not soak them with their food!  Yesterday, I was fed up so i went out and bought Playtex Advance bottles I love them; they do not leak, and my daughter takes to them well.
