Bought several coats from webfurs.com over the past few years...this year bought four...one came damaged, when I complained about it, the owner, Gary, yelled at me, owes me money, and refused to call to discuss. I think that he has computer connections, because complaints are shown and than quickly erased. People should beware buying from WEBFURS.COM ...not a trustworthy company...a cheat, who looks to take advantage of people and could care less about customer service. In my opinion, consiidering how many purchases I have made over the past several years....not very smat and quite arrogant. Buyer Beware!!!!
