Flowers late, expensive,not attractive, poor customer service

We had a really bad experience with FloraQueen. We ordered flowers for our daughter in law in Australia. They were really expensive and they were delivered a day later than promised. They also weren't arranged as advertised, they were just stuck into a vase. We tried to deal with their customer service but they were only accessable by email. They continuously said that they would check on our complaints, but they said that the Australian florist said that everything was as ordered, so they ignored our problems. The customer service department just ignored our questions and didn't answer emails. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
