I've spent the last 2 hours checking out various reviews on the NuWave and the Flavorwave ovens. I've seen over and over again that people have problems with the NuWave plastic vessel cracking. This site (along with some others) have now convinced me to get the Flavor wave oven. The utility substities expire at the end of this year (in the state of PA) and I am looking for any possible way to save energy costs. Hopefully this will do the trick when it comes to using my regular electric oven. THanks for the input everyone.. it is GREATLY appreciated!

I'm on my second FlavorWave Deluxe Oven now. I used and used and used my first one, and it even survived the leaky, moldy mess created by hurricane damage. It took more than 3 years of almost daily use - and occasionally two or three times a day - to wear the poor thing out. I was so upset that I immediately called and ordered a new one, and impatiently awaited its arrival.

The Thane Flavorwave Oven is a product that gives excellent results to everyday food. Last Thanksgiving I watched the informerical with Mr. T and got caught up in ordering the product. I used it a couple times and to be honest I was not oerly impressed. Months later I decided to cut some chicken in the oven and it cooked in record time. The chicken was moist and delicious. I have also used the oven to cook vegetables and other meals and the food was done before I knew it. The Flavorwave oven has reduced my usage of using the traditional oven. Piece of crap the damn heating element, burned out in six (6) months. Save your money
FLAVORWAVE OVEN is worth every penny!
The money and time it has saved me in the first few weeks was enough for me!
This little oven can cook a frozen chicken that is so tender and juicy. It is the only way I cook a roasted chicken now! If I don't my family of 4 complains!
Hot wings are a snap! This oven does everything it claims to do. I can even boil eggs without water in 10 minutes. As I said time and energy.
We have a meter that can tell you how many kilowatt's used and it uses so much less then my regular oven that I try to use it all the time now.

Dear readers My Husband recently purchased me the Flavor wave oven for my early christmas present and i have to honestly say this is one of the best presents he has given me so Far. It is Quick convient and healther cooking and if any of you moms out there say this is to expensive think about how much did you pay for your stove i assure this is cheaper and it virtually replaces it .Plus have you thought of your health. well this item cooks evenely and quikly and has easy cleanup too. plus it saves on your electric Bill.
I love the Flavorwave, it cooks great, steaks turn out delicious with no thawing. Need to be careful or it can be cajun style. I did have mine break (heating element) but I called and they are sending me another one, I just had to pay around $11 for shipping. Which it's worth it cause it saves me time and money on energy bills.
