This is a massive consumer fraud and should be taken off the market. They charge for everything imaginable, even if you pay earlier in the month before the payment is due then they charge massive late payment fees and other ridiculous fees for late payments. They even charge for electronic payments or if you make a payment by phone. They are a massive fee generator, and the card is very expensive to own and use. The interest rate charged is massive and over the top. Plus, the way that the interest is computed is also a scheme that results in overcharges all the time. You also do not get the benefit of no interest charges if you pay the invoice in full before the end of the billing cycle for the charges that you made during that cycle. This is the absolute worst and unfair credit card I have ever had, and the customer service personnel are not helpful and are very unaccommodating, which is absurd given how expensive this card is to own and use as compared to other competitors in the market. The interest rates they charge are unfair and unreasonable, and in the event there is a missed payment you get no grace period and they jack the rate up even more than the astronomical rates they already impose on you. Switch to a new company if you have this card, you can do better!! These people are making their money by taking advantage of others and hopefully will be stopped soon by Congress.
