I rode the online super deal wave and loved it. Of all the deal sites, Fat Wallet was the best as far as finding and posting the deals. It still is, but the deals are not as hot after the dot com bust.
If you want to find online coupon codes and special deals, it's definately worth your time to visit Fat Wallet. They really do stay on top of online shopping.
I've found all sorts of great deals at Fat Wallet.
My favorite leather jacket was listed at Fat Wallet. I paid around $20. My students were paying more for low quality "pleather" jackets. One kid told me she wished she could afford a nice one...

I belong to various sites that offer points or cash back for making purchases online through merchants listed on their site. I have found fatwallet to be the best deal overall compared with the other sites. You do have to do your homework to make sure that you're getting the most for you money. For example, if you're a member of mypoints.com, sometimes you get more out of shopping from mypoints; sometimes the better deal is through fatwallet.
The best part of fatwallet for me is the forums providing links to coupons and free stuff on the internet. My husband scoffed at me signing up for all these...

I do love this website. It has many aspects. I am speaking specifically about the "forums" "free stuff" page. I have received many great free items at no cost. I've received a free knife key chain, 3D glasses for the children, makeup, tea, fem products, magazine subscriptions and just recently I sent off for the free Snuggie blanket (the one with the sleeves). I'll be sure to let you know if I got it or not. I also received a free protective pillowcase from Protect-A-Bed valued at $20.00 ( I did have to buy something to get it, which is sometimes the case but rare).

I've used Fat wallet for several years and they've always come though with the small payouts. But, don't try buying a large ticket item. They will find a reason not to pay every time. I had it happen to me twice in a row. Both times, their "investigation" lasted weeks, with the same result: no payment. So, I'm done with them.
Try for yourself, but they're not worth the effort.
