I received a set of Farberware stainless steel pots and pans for Christmas and I am not as happy with them as I am with my old farberware pots and pans. The pans look beautiful when hanging in my kitchen but there is a few minor things that I don't like.
I don't think that they are as heavy as the old ones. these new ones also have gotten small pits in them that never have happened to the old set. I enjoy cooking and I really make a mess in the kitchen but the clean-up with farberware is so easy, even if something sticks all you have to do is soak them awhile and everything comes right off.
I am happy with the non stick cookie sheet, 9x13 baking pan, it really makes baking cookies and cakes a snap when you do not have pry things out of the pan, they just slide out.
I do not go for the non stick pans when cooking soups, stews, frying chicken and pork chops or just preparing a vegetable, they scratch and you have to worry about the small pieces of the coating getting into your food. I f you ask me Farberware is the only pots and pans out there.
