Stay away from everbuying.com. They cheat people. The tablet I bought was defective, they asked me to send it back and get my money back but they never returned my money. Customer Service They cheat customers, they lie and get you to pay more money to send the goods back to the manufacturer, so that they can sell the defective goods to other people.

I ordered twice from this site on two seperate occassions. Both times I had the exact same thing happen. I'll spot a phone I really like and see that its "In Stock". A few days go by and I dont hear anything from the compnay. I send them an email and they reply within a few days saying that my phone is out of stock and they dont know when the phone I ordered will be in stock again. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and now await my refund. I wont be ordering from this site ever again!

Purchased a cell phone and 10" tablet. Both are poor quality. Cell phone appeared used. Paid $67 for the phone and they only want to credit me $54 plus I pay $35 shipping just to get a cheaper phone. They do not understand English very well so I had at least 20 messages to them asking the same questions. Nothing resolved but I spent $225 on electronics that are useless. I am hesitant to send items back for a refund because I may not even see any money over the deal. DO NOT BY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DO NOT HAVE QUALITY PRODUCTS AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!!!!!!!

I bought 2 tablets from Ever Buying for Christmas presents for my children this past year(2011). Neither tablet worked properly so I paid to return them and get a refund. I shipped them back to the address that the customer service rep gave me and emailed them the tracking number. After that I received a message stating that the address was wrong and I would have to wait on the package to be returned to me then re-ship it to them in China. I told them that I would not pay for shipping again since I sent it where they wanted me to in the first place. I was told that they would take care of it. A couple weeks later I get my refund but its short over $35. They charged me return shipping even though I didnt they made the mistake on the address not me. So now Im out $45. I would understand charging me if I made the mistake but I did exactly as they asked. Now My children are out their gifts and I cant afford to replace them. I was worried about buying from a company across seas but the reviews gave me hope that everything would be ok. I never had a problem till the return of the defective products that was sold to me. Its their policy to charge their customers return shipping but I also paid return shipping to the address they gave me so why should I pay again? So beware that if you get a product that needs returning that you will have to pay for its return twice.
