emerson - model EM2646 Review

     This phone was purchased a little bit ago to replace our old home phone. It is a white phone with caller i.d. and bigger number buttons.  We bought it about 5 months ago  it was never an outstanding phone we just bought it because we needed it as a just in case the power goes out we still had a usable phone.  It  was a pretty good phone for about 3 months and then alll the sudden the volume was always too low on the phone,so we just turned the volume up as far as it would go and it worked fine for about another month but now it is like your listening through a tunnel it is real staticky and you cant hear voices very well. The only thing that still works on it as good as it did when we originally purchased it is the caller i.d.. The numbers come up on it way sooner than it does on our cordless and its clear and easy to read but thats doesn't really metter when it is the phone that you need to use.
