Ebates couldn't live up to its hype on Black Friday.

Ebates offered double earnings on sites on Friday. Trouble was their server couldn't handle a connection to Sears or Finishline. I tried for three days and it never worked once. I finally went directly to Sears and Finishline sites and ordered my products. Ebates customer service tried to blame it on Sears and Finishline. If they were so busy, I wonder how I could access them directly with no problem. Ebates reply was "sorry for my luck." I am gravely disappointed in their ability to not live up to their own hype. Don't waste your time!
