McKlein DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY. I bought the above bag. It was good for about 3 years. Then a manufacturing defect appeared. The zipper was not properly sewn down so it gave way. I took pictures to show the customer service representative and she agreed it was a manufacturing defect. I am from Singapore. When I bought this bag I had it delivered to my friend in Boston, so transportation was a big issue. On a work trip to NYC, I had the bag couriered at my expense to McKlein only for them to revert that the model has changed. And that they would not replace the bag. I wasn't even looking for a replacement, I only wanted the bag sewn down properly or the defective part replace, The trolley was in fine condition. The offered me a discount on a new bag BUT the discount wasn't genuine, it was all a scam to get me to buy a new bag. They return the bag to an address of my choice in DC BUT would not refund me for my courier costs to them. After all I took pictures and they knew very well what I bought. They had the details. The bag is nice if its manufactured properly, buy this bag but remember the warranty is a gimmick. Overall - very poor customer experience.
