I saw a Vera Bradley pocket book in an airport while we were heading to London. I decided to wait to get it until we got back. I then found out that the closest store to me that carries bags by Vera Bradley was 45 minutes away. I decided to look online and found www.ebags.com. This was my first experience with ebags and it was wonderful.

My spouse will tell anyone that I am a backpack hound; I have packs of all sizes, and for every occasion.  I have four, yes I said four, laptop bags, two for the shoulder, and two for the back; a couple of daypacks for day trips or for short hiking runs; a three day pack, for longer trips and hikes, and a week-pack from the days when I used to wonder the roads of Europe in search of adventure.  I used to purchase all of my bags at a brick and mortar establishments, but not any more, not since I discovered eBags.com.

Argh. I've spent plenty of money at ebags, they asked me to write a review about their product and get 20% off the next thing I buy-- well it was a scam! On the site they had a price that was the price that everyone got, when I entered with my new, 20% off status they denied me the discount, would not drop shipping charges, nada. I don't like being lied to, or lured by false advertising-- what are they the AIG of luggage?

I purchased a bag on Monday morning for an event on Friday. I paid $19.90 for expedited shipping and was told throughout the ordering process that my bag would arrive on the Wednesday. My order confirmation email also told me that my bag was scheduled to arrive on Wednesday. It is now Thursday afternoon and not only has my bag not arrived yet, it has not even left their warehouse. This is the best guess the customer service rep could give me as to the whereabouts of the bag because she actually has no idea where it is and really wasn't helpful in trying to find out. If I was willing to wait 24...

This is my first time ordering bag from ebags.com and it was very dissapointed.

I ordered a bag, and I have been waiting for the shipment but they never let me know that the item which i ordered is not available anymore. Ebags did not sent me a notification or something to let me know that the items is unavailable until i chatted with one of the rep. Then they told me that they did not have that color anymore, and they asked to choose another color or I can cancel the order. They offered me a coupon for the next purchase when i tried to use it, it has been used.

Today, I saw the same item and...

We ordered a bag from here and it took over 2 days for them to notify us that the order was cancelled because it is not in stock. They said they were notified by the company that the item was not available, but if you go that company's website and several other sites the item is available.  I tried calling twice to customer service and was disconnected without even being able to talk to someone. I chatted with a customer service rep that gave me a discount code for 25% one item which is the discount code i used to place my original order. I asked for an explanation for why they are selling items...

E-bags has a great selection of bags from purses, to urban gear, to suitcases and all things in between.

I find their ratings to be very helpful and their descriptions to be quite useful.

When I lived in NYC the shipping was really fast which is helpful to me because although I have whole heartedly adapted to online shopping, I hate to wait for my purchases.

I like the fact that you can shop by many different categories. I have shopped by color, by bag type, by designer as well as function. Color is my favorite way to shop.

I came across this site a couple years ago and love it.  There are so many different bags.  They have purses, backpacks, laptop cases, wallets, and all kinds of other things in between.  They have a variety of colors and styles in each category.  There are many designers to choose from too.  The prices range from on the cheap end to pretty expensive.

I have bought mostly purses, but have also bought some laptop accessories and a backpack that is also a laptop case.  I can't even begin to write about how much I love this backpack.  Not only is it great for all of my school books/supplies but...

I will never shop from ebags again. I ordered a suitcase in black, they sent me the suitcase in a different color, and then told me that they could not process an exchange until I returned the item that was shipped to me incorrectly. There was no time for this, as I was leaving within two weeks. Yet, ebags made the error, not me. I have no use for a company that takes no responsibility for their mistakes.
