I shoped this store and thought the site was nice. I purchased a rolling duffel bag that looked great and was reasonably priced. — — I received it timely and used it for my vacation.  When I arrived at my destination and got my luggage, the wheels had collapsed. Of course I ended up carrying the bag for the trip and promptly called customer service upon my return. — — The return was fast and efficient. I search and search around for the best deals on bookbags for my kids. I stumbled on ebags and WOW! I was able to save so much without having to shop around town for the same thing and get it shipped. They have regular promotions such as free shipping or % off sales, which, I would always do a search around and by far they have my vote for best prices and fast shipping.
