eMachines T3304 Desktop Computer desktop computer Review

In 2007, we went to Wal-Marts and bought the E Machines desktop computer. Within the first 6 months, we started having problems with it crashing, turning on by itself and off by itself. We took it to Best Buy where they replaced the motor inside the tower. Within the next few weeks, it starte again. So we bought a new surge protector and everything to make sure it wasn't us. Which it wasn't. I called the company and told them about the problems and they told me that they would be sending an empty box and for me to send them the computer and they will send me a replacement. Within a few days, I got the box and sent the computer off. About 6 weeks later,we received the replacement. It wouldn't turn on. I tried plugging it into every outlet that we have, and still nothing. I called the company again, and again, they told me that they would send me a replacement. Two months went by when we finally received the replacement, which worked for a few more weeks and then died. That is when found out that all of the units, even the one from Wal-marts was a refurbished unit.

We donated the computer to Goodwill and bought a new one this year. This time we bought a HP and haven't had any problems with it.
