The E-Machines web site really stinks. i wanted to upgrade to a DVD burner and could not find one to match my grey chassis face. I figured the best place to look was the PC makers site but boy was I wrong. The E-Machines t3104 tray would not open at times then it became more frequent. Now the device shows up as a problem in my device manager with trouble shooter doing nothing to fix it. I would not buy another E-Machines product!

I am first going to start off by saying that emachines has been a very reliable brand. i currently own the T3104 tower and works great with games and runs all current on-line add-ons or programs. My only concern with this product is that it is indeed not up-to-date, however i have upgraded my T3104 by adding RAM (memory card) in one of the AGP slots and is currently an above average speed computer. It starts up fast, loads games quickly, and i haven't had any problems surfing the net at high speeds. i would recommend this product to someone who is beginning to learn how to use a computer. For the price i paid, this machine is outstading campared to other expensive towers.

This computer (Emachines T3104+)  was perfect when i had it offline but ever since i have put it online (w/virus protection) it has given me nothing but trouble i have 2 and they both do the same thing so i think emachines should make better products, and people should not buy them you will have nothing but trouble
