eHarmony.com —

I am registered with eHarmony and I have no issues with the questionnaires or matches, as many others here seem to.  [I love filling out stuff and it was fascinating to read about all the different types of people that are out there.]  I still get emails from them, about twice a week, with new matches.

However, being on welfare severely limits my cash flow and I asked them if we could work something out.  They offered me the "three months for one month's cost" deal, but only as a lump-sum payment.  Since that's not an option for me, I suggested a payment plan, which they outright rejected.  For a company that presumably wants to make money, I find them to be remarkably inflexible.  I suppose I'll have to wait until I find a job before I can make full use of the site.

Overall, I'm inclined to rate them as average, because the actual service seemed fine to me, as long as you can afford their rates.  Their customer service department needs work, though.
