Years ago I decided to try eHarmony after having a friend find a boyfriend from the site. I did enjoy the personality analysis and found it pretty interesting and accurate. I did have a bunch of matches, went pretty far with the process but never actually met any of the people I was matched with.

I thought the care they take to protect your contact information was great, the stages of contact a bit time consuming, but I understand why they did it. I was dismayed to meet a few attached men on the site (oops with the screening process), and I have one friend who went out with a man who hated minorities and she is Asian.

If you are going to try online dating, and want to make choices based upon more than looks this site is a good start. There are others.
