The good things about e-rewards are that they don't send too many e-mails, it's easy to earn a lot of points, and their rewards are handled quickly.  The bad thing is that the dollar values of the rewards are way too high compared to the actual value of the reward and they don't let you use the same reward twice with a certain amount of time (3 month period, I think).
