This is a great buy for the money conscious person! It has soft bristles, although with time it will need to be replaced because they seem to get more rough as time goes on. I have had mine for well over a year, so it's way past time for me to replace mine. For $1 you really can't beat it and it's great at actually moving the powder around to where you need it when you brush it on your face. You know what i'm talking about, you dab powder on and you try to smudge it around with a brush and it's like your powder is all stuck in ONE spot...yeah this brush doesn't do that, it actually moves it where...

I use this product for all over powder everyday and i love it! Its the perfect size and it feels good on your face. Its not scratchy like some.
