e.l.f. Shimmering Facial Whip Reviews

I was given several e.l.f. Shimmering Facial Whip's in various colors, as a gift from my sister.  I had never tried this product before but was eager to.  This shimmering facial whip not only highlights my cheeks but also my eyes and lips.  The website is selling these .247 oz tubes of facial whips for an unbelievable price of only $1.00 a piece.  Definitely a great value.   

The manufacturer states that this product naturally illuminates for a dewy-finish and soothes and conditions skin.  They also state that there is no sticky, greasy feel and that the product is  hypoallergenic...

I have been looking for this exact product forever!  I don't know how long E.L.F. has been around, but I remember hearing about it and never looking into it (isn't that always how it goes?).  Two weeks ago, I got a text from a friend about the great deals on the Eyes Lips and Face website, so I figured I had to have a look.  I was hesitant because E.L.F seemed like it was the cosmetics equivalent of Forever 21; anything so inexpensive and in such abundance is immediately questionable.  To my surprise, however, the products from E.L.F have totally exceeded my expectations.

I think that this product could be one of the greatest things ever!!

 I am a huge fan of E.L.F. Cosmetics, and think that they started the company just for me!  :)  ha ha.  Seriously though, everything they sell, with the exception of their new bath and body collection is only $1, yes One Dollar.  It makes it almost goof proof at a price like that.

I had first seen the Shimmering Facial Whip a while ago on their web site, then it just disappeared.  Well, I noticed a couple of weeks go that it was back.  I picked one up, the light pink, and fell in love with it.  Actually, I picked up two...

One little tube for eyes, cheeks and lips; a boatload of colors; and dirt-cheap without being cheap quality. What else can you ask for?

ELF products are my guilty pleasure. I can buy a bundle of them for next to nothing, even with the $6.95 shipping charge. I haven't had any complaints yet.

The shimmering facial whip delivers what's promised: a multitasker that colors and highlights. It doesn't easily fade or crease. It has a delicious candy scent. I can put it in the smallest bag; in fact, a tube often shares space inside my cell-phone holder. Plus it's just about idiot-proof: I can put it on...

I use it on my eyes, as a base. I really like it, brightens my eyes really nice, and makes me look rested .

 Just a very small amount is needed, and it goes a long way.

I would definitely buy this again
