One little tube for eyes, cheeks and lips; a boatload of colors; and dirt-cheap without being cheap quality. What else can you ask for?
ELF products are my guilty pleasure. I can buy a bundle of them for next to nothing, even with the $6.95 shipping charge. I haven't had any complaints yet.
The shimmering facial whip delivers what's promised: a multitasker that colors and highlights. It doesn't easily fade or crease. It has a delicious candy scent. I can put it in the smallest bag; in fact, a tube often shares space inside my cell-phone holder. Plus it's just about idiot-proof: I can put it on and blend well without having a mirror around and when I do see myself, I don't look smeared up. I keep one at work for the days when I have to leave without fixing up. It's worth well more than the buck spent.
