I have used E.L.F. (eye, lips, face) make-up for years. After hearing how the developer created it finding out how much women paid for make-up and deciding he would make a less expensive product ...he did. The smudge eye sponge is a sponge on a handle. Its great and easy to use, but you need one for dark colors and one for lighter ones. At the price for these, you can have one for each color, black, brown, blue, green, teal etc. They are washable and hold up quite well.
