e.l.f. Plumping Lip Glaze —
Okay so I have tried many different lip plumpers. Not solely for the purpose of plumping my lips, but just seeing if it works. every girl wants to know if it works right? Who wouldn't want bigger, juicier, healthier looking lips? Every girl would want that. But i personally don't find lip plumpers that effective. to tell the truth they are more like really thick lip-gloss, and cost a little more than your average lip-gloss. But I will recommend one lip plumper and that would have to be the "Sugar Pump N' Shine Lip Plumper and Lip gloss duo" toddles.NOTE: the reviewer indicated that they are a client of e.l.f.
