e.l.f. Plumping Lip Glaze  —

Quick View: I have tried all kinds of lip plumpers from the very expensive to the cheapest. The cheapest one I have tried is e.l.f. Plumping Lip Glaze which costs exactly one dollar. And guess what? It's every bit as good as plumpers that cost 20 times more! You won't get a lip explosion but it subtly plumps and colors lips for a buck!

e.l.f. Plumping Lip Glaze

e.l.f. (eyeslipsface.com) has a huge array of cosmetics for a dollar each. I have tried most and like them all. This lip glaze comes in 10 shades. It is a small tube with color on one end and clear plumping glaze on the other. The color alone is great. I like them all and, for a dollar a piece, can afford to buy them all. The shades are sheer, pretty, and long lasting. The clear plumping glaze is minty and tingly and shines the lips like crazy. Together they do a great job making lips look good and slightly plumping them. I didn't get a huge amount of plumping - but I never have from any plumping product. I do feel a tingly, cool feeling and my lips are slightly fuller after use. I love the scent and the shades and, while the tubes are smaller than traditional lip gloss tubes, for the price, I can pick up several of a shade I like without spending much cash. My favorite shade is Mocha Ice but I have all the shades and all look flattering and natural. For the price, you can't go wrong with these lip plumpers.

My Viewpoint

In 10 pretty shades and for a dollar a piece, e.l.f. Plumping Lip Glaze is a great value. While you won't see amazing plumping, you will see pretty color, slight plumping, and taste a fresh minty taste that will freshen your breath if you happen to lick your lips. The little lip plumpers fit in a pocket or little bag and the color stays on for a decent amount of time. The glaze shines the lips and makes them tingle. I'm a fan. This isn't going to convert my lips from average to trout pout but the combo of color and glaze is appealing to me and the price could not be better. I give these plumpers 4 stars. Why pay $30.00 when you can pay a buck?

In response to sylvias's comment from Jun 27, 2008 at 5:47PM:

Once you get started trying lip plumpers, you're hooked. lol. e.l.f.'s website is www.eyelipsface.com and they sell a boxed set of 7 or 8 different shades of the plumper. But some people don't like the site. Some e.l.f. products are sold at Traget and Wal-Mart and they are also sold at drugstore.com. If you want other names of plumpers, I could give you a longggg list. But all are more expensive (by a big amount) than the $1.00 ones.

where can I get more? I love them, I do have small lips and I'm not sure how long it takes befor you can tell the fullness of your lips but it has only been a few day's since I have been using the gloss... but I will say I love the tingly feeling I get when I put it on and the coolness you get at the same time.

I have never heard of E.L.F and I am happy to see that there is a company selling things for $1. I bought a lip plumper from Target for 4 bucks and I don't really see it doing much except making my lips look really really shiny. I am going to have to try this product out. Thanks!

e.l.f. has lots of great products. I bought several of these lip glazes but gave them all away (not used ones, of course) to my daughter's friends. The colors are pretty, they are super-cheap, but I didn't like the way that it felt on my lips - sticky.

I got several shades of this too, and yeah, for $1 a piece, you can't go wrong!

Where can you buy this lip plumper? I would really like to try it. It sounds like it would work good enough for me.

I have some of these that you must have bought for me. I used one yesterday. I like them too!
