I suppose I really should not be reviewing this product because it broke before I could use it, as such I am not sure how well it works. It is a pen filled with cuticle oil that is applied to your cuticles with light pressure from you onto the felt like tip. I love the idea of this cuticle pen, but...

I apply this every night before going to bed. It is absorbed quickly and doesn't leave you feeling like your covers will absorb all the lotion if you put your hands under the covers. I have extremely dry hands in the winter and my cuticles look horrible most of the time. This is also handy to have along to apply while waiting for meetings, etc. during the day.

Elf's nourishing cuticle pen immediately eliminates dryness around the finger nails and does not leave any residue. I always keep one on me on the go because it's so easy to use. It also contains avocado and almond oils.. pretty exotic, and only $1!
