e.l.f. Nourishing Cuticle Pen Review

I suppose I really should not be reviewing this product because it broke before I could use it, as such I am not sure how well it works. It is a pen filled with cuticle oil that is applied to your cuticles with light pressure from you onto the felt like tip. I love the idea of this cuticle pen, but once again e.l.f. has let me down. If it worked it would be a fun, neat tool that one could use to keep your cuticles from drying and cracking. Alas, the cheep construction did not allow any oil to flow, due in large part to the fact that the pen tip went into the opening, not to be retrieved even with the aid of needle nose pliers.
