I found this eyeliner to be very easy to apply and was impressed with the quality for the low price. It did not smudge at all during the whole day and was easy to remove at night.
I paid $1 for elf's liquid liner. The bargain appealed to me because I'd never tried liquid liner before and thought this would be a good way to experiment without a major investment. So far, I'm not sold on the idea of liquid liners if they're all like this.
The liner has a very pungent smell, even after it's dried. It dries very quickly -- almost too quickly to apply it and not have it start caking before you've evened it out. It's very difficult to remove. I had little clumps of it around my eyes even after I'd applied two cotton balls of makeup remover.
I'm back to a pencil eyeliner. Glad...
