e.l.f. Liquid Eyeliner Review

I purchased the E.L.F Liquid Eyeliner to practice my liquid eyelining techniques.  I will admit that I didn't really expect much from the product with it being only $1 and the fact that all the other products that I purchased from eyeslipsface.com have sadly not met my expectations.

I personally found the line to be too harsh which may be fine for other ladies who are more experienced with the look of liquid eyeliner.  I also noticed that no matter how many times I tried, the line would not stay consistent.  Which I think was more of the quality of the applicator brush than the product itself or my lack of application skills. 

The deal breaker for me was the product came right off with a tissue.  I never wore the product out because if the eyeliner would wipe right off with a tissue, what would happen if I were to sweat, cry, or get stuck out in the rain?  I don't even want to imagine the mess.  I'm not surprised at the quality.  Afterall, it was a dollar.  I noticed some others gave great reviews of the product.  Just wear at your own risk and whatever you do...don't cry!
