I purchased the e.l.f. Hypershine Gloss in Flirt, a peachy-colored gloss in a long plastic tube. Each gloss is only $1 from e.l.f.! The products are not tested on animals and e.l.f. supports PETA, however, this gloss does contains parabens, so if you are looking for a natural product, this is not it!
What I like about it: e.l.f. markets this as a product that will give your lips "glass-like shine," and it definitely does look shiny. The gloss is easy to apply: just twist the base until the product comes up through the bristles and brush onto lips. I like the way it smells: cotton candy! I also like that it can be used over top of other lip products to give a little extra shine to other lipsticks.
What I don't like about it: I was actually expecting to see some color from this gloss, but not so! Mine looks completely sheer. However, since it can be used over other lip products for added shine, I'm not too disappointed. It doesn't last very long once applied, compared to other higher quality glosses I've used, which was surprising, because it actually feels quick thick and heavy!
I'm not hugely impressed with e.l.f. Hypershine Gloss. This won't be on my list in the future. There are a ton of other products on the market that give way better shine and have color, such as Bath and Body Works Liplicious glosses. Thumbs down on this one.
