I smoked tobacco cigarettes for 45 years.  Every time I quit, I would get sick.  What a coincidence!  When I started doing some research, I learned that nicotine is very effective at warding off depression and anxiety, and also improves attention, concentration, visual memory, and hence performance.  No wonder I felt so blue, so confused, like I was literally walking around in a fog when I abstained from nicotine.

I managed to stay totally off nicotine for 6 months, and kept waiting for the recovery that never came.  Oh there were a few improvements in some things, but not in my thinking...

My fiance purchased this product after the sales man convienced him it would work. 45 mins of talking with the salesman, he was motivated to quit and was willing to try it out. I was convienced it would not work and he was a dummy that fell for a cheap as seen on tv product. I thought nothing is going to make him quit, he has been doing it for close to 10 years. After a few weeks he stoped smoking less and less. He didn't smell like smoke and started feeling better to. Plus he was saving money, and even more now that he doesn't smoke anymore!

I recently purchased a e-cigarettes from ecigeretts101.com and i was amazed it was so cheep i figuared if i didnt work i would be out 20 dollars. well it came within 2 days and i was excited to give it a shot it was amazing and it was nice to beable to smoke in my girlfriends car again ha . the vapor released is safe and there is no second hand smoke. well later that night my ecig needed to be charged and in stead of reading the directions on how to charge i thought i knew what i was doing (turned out i didnt) and i burnt the atomizer out of it. my husband has been smoking for a long time. i used to smoke with him until we became pregnant. ive got about 5 months to go until we have a son. he still smokes.even though he goes out on the porch, when he comes back into the house he still reeks of the smoke. earlier in the pregnancy he was smoking infront of me, untill he saw our son's ultrasound.but he still smokes. im noticing at night, when he sleeps, his breathing is kind of irregular. he snores loudly, and i believe its from him having trouble breathing.it scares me b/c hes older than me, and i want him to live long, so that he can play...
