It does work just like they say it will.  Never clogs, no matter how much dust and dog hair it has be pick up.  Sometimes I feel like I am in a pet hair factory, but this will always take care of whatever the dog sheds.  Deep cleans my carpet to where it feels good to walk on again.  Makes it nice and soft, not worn down.  I can always count on my dyson to clean no matter where i need to reach.  UP high on the fans, or down low behind the bed and even under the couch.  I can pull out the wand and clean the stairs without having to climb each one and drag the vacumn behind me.  Keeps me from tripping down the stairs and falling.  When the bag is full, i just pull lthe release and take it outside and dump it right into the garbage can.  Don't have to worry about dust flying back everywhere.
