Our household has 3 dogs and 3 cats. We would go thru vaccums at an alarming rate. Funny how every time we bought a new vaccum, we would be amazed at how much pet hair it picked up. But by the time the vaccuum was ready for the graveyard, we were no longer impressed, it stopped picking up and just did a horrible job. We decided to break down and purchase a Dyson. I kid you not, we were standing in front of the display of all the Dyson vaccuums for and hour, testing each one, hmm'ing and haw'ing, should we, shouldn't we.

Dyson has made a vaccum cleaner that actually helps use less manpower.  The extra long wand lets you reach more and farther, thus less moving of the vaccum .  The powerful motor provides all the power to clean the deepest carpet.  Because of the upright design, it does not take up much storage area.  As I have arthritis in hands and knees, this model is less resistant to pushing and pulling motions.  I can vaccum all I need to and not suffer for it.  The Dyson Animal Bagless Vaccum is powerful enough to remove fine pet hair from my furniture with very little effort.  With the extra long...

I am reviewing the Dyson DC14 Animal. This is a great vacuum that I absolutely love! At first, I was a little worried because it was/is heavier then my old vacuum. However, after using it for a week, I quickly got use to it! After I vacuum a room, it feels (the air) clean!  It is also very easy to see when you need to empty the canister. It does feel up fast, about every third or fourth time I vacuum, I empty it. This is because it picks up EVERYTHING!
