The brand name is TheraBreath and the product is toothpaste. I think the picture is of a bottle of one of the TheraBreath oral rinses (which are also excellent).

this product advises you to use no water. I used no water so it stayed in my mouth and for my trouble, I got a very sore, reddened mouth inside. It was uncomfortable to say the least. I had to get  some triamclnolone paste for my mouth and it took over a week to get rid of the sores.
