If you find something fishy on the site that you don't typically experience, (e.g. error messages, trouble posting content, etc.) let us know.

The more details we know, the better. Please supply as much helpful info as possible like:

1) What web browser are you using? (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.)

2) If having trouble posting a review... What product are you attempting to add?

3) If you receive an error message, what does it say? (e.g. Server error, We're sorry an error has occured.)

I am keeping a record of these issues you are reporting here. Our tech team will be investigating each item on a weekly basis in order to prioritize the workload efficiently. If I don't reply directly to your post here... please know that your message has been noted and submitted to our team each week. In some cases, I may need to reply to you by email. Some issues can be resolved easily and quickly. Others will take extra time so we want to make sure high priority issues are addressed first. Thank you.

Well, I have said this elsewhere but will report it here. When I go to edit a review, I lose some I AM tags. Not all but at least one or two. I generally use 4-5 tags. I generally lose two when I edit a review. Sometimes I can't even find the tag I used and have to make up a new one. It happens every single time I edit a review whether it is right after I publish it or weeks later. It also happens if I put a review in draft with I AM tags ticked. (Not mad but checked off. Heh.). When I go to publish the review, I AM tags are unticked and I have to do them again.

No idea why because it never happened until recently but I actually hesitate to edit a review for a small error because I don't want to mess with the I AM tags trying to get the same ones I had before back.

I sometimes have just the opposite problem with the I AM tags -- if I want to delete one, I will have a devil of a time doing it.  It's very hard for me to delete them sometimes although other times it works beautifully.

Good Morning.  I noticed this yesterday morning on my stats...I have two of each review showing in there with different read amounts and some are the same amount reads for the both.  I checked and I did only one reveiw for each.  I thought it would be fine this morning, but still the same.   All of the "reads" haven't changed (as in doubled and grand totals on the top of the page) and "good points" are fine too.   It's a confuzzled bug :)

@Patty/@Anna -- One of our devs was looking at these issues a while back, but never found the cause.  I'll see if we can get this back on our plate and spend some time digging deeping into the problem.

My stats were fine up until today.  Now it looks like just about all of them are duplicated and with different numbers :)

NEW BUG:

Been trying to update my scribbles all day and night. I either get a huge page of coding or I get an internal server error message. I can't change my scribbles and they say Happy Mother's Day. lol.

I will try again later in case it's just a transient problem.

Has anybody else seen reviews where it has % sign in the pros and cons of a review? I see them here and there and sent some a while back to Meredith but they are still appearing. I am wondering if others have seen it with another browser as I use Firefox and it could just be my browser.

Hmm... I just tested editing my Scribbles with no problems. Have you re-tried yet and experienced the same outcome?

Scribbles work OK now. Must have been a blip. Thanks for the reply, Meredith. Ron, if you use & in the pros and cons, it will show up like %. I have seen that a number of times on my own pros and cons. If you didn't use the & for anything, then there's sumthin funky goin' on. lol.

Bug:

Tried to do a search on the discussion boards and it sent me to the error page.

Not sure if this is new or not but I didn't see it listed. ^_^

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if there is an explanation for it but I noticed on the stats page, only 248 reviews show up when I actually wrote 295.

I just wrote a review and I didn't quite finish it so I saved it in draft. I just went back in to finish it and publish but noticed that the two photos I uploaded were gone. It has also happened to me in the past. Not sure why this is happening! :O

Hi, Meredith!  One thing I thought I should mention is that --even though I have tried five times -- I just cannot award Lisa Carey either a helpful vote nor send her a compliment on her great review about Jott.com.  Nor can I access her profile page to send her a message that way.  When I try to do anything in regard to communicating with Lisa, I get a message at the bottom that says "Done, Error on Page".  I'm not sure what to make of this because I went on to read a whole bunch of other people's reviews and had no problem making helpful votes or sending comments.  (Apparently, George Chabot was able to send her a comment and make a vote so when I saw that, I tried again today with no luck.)  Just don't want to see anybody cheated out of a helpful vote which they deserved for an excellent review.

I'm not receiving my "new fan" notifications again. This happened once before and it was fixed. Not sure why it started up again. I also wanted to mention that my "posts" number appears to be incorrect. Not a big deal really but thought I would let you know!  Thank you  :)

Hey, Meredith!  The beat goes on, huh?  I bet you'll be glad when I'm gone for a week but anyway, here's one more thing I've noticed.  Could it be that you guys have been having a problem with people setting up duplicate reviews of products?  This could be caused by a problem I've noticed -- if I call up "Amy's", the message says that something like 32 grocery items have been found but really only 15 are displayed.  Several of the Amy's products I've reviewed are not shown at all even though they are out there and I can call them up individually.  I'm assuming there are other pages with the other items but there is no way to hit "Next" and bring them up.  And no "Show All" option either.  So all anyone can see is the first 15 that comes up.  The only way to call up any other Amy's product is to type in the exact name of the product but this is cumbersome and possibly ineffective if the product isn't worded in a certain way.

The forum search error was corrected last night.  Thanks for reporting it and being patient while we fixed it up.

We didn't start tracking page view stats until the end of April.  So it is possible that those "missing" reviews just haven't been read recently.

The reason you may see less reads and more helpful votes is because the data only tracks reads since April this year. However, we were able transfer over all historical good points earned to helpful votes prior to April. The timing factor is why the results seem off. Hope this helps!

Kyle is checking this out now. It appears to be a browser issue but I'll circle back with you when I know more. Thanks Ms. California-bound!

Bummer about those missing email notifications again! We'll look in to it this week. Let me know if you happen to find them in your spam box for some reason.

You mentioned your "posts" count is off. Are talking about discussion board posts or your review/rating posts? Just wanted to clarify. Discussion board post count issues is on our list of items to check if that's what you meant :)

AnnaBanana - Kyle found the weird bug causing the problem and will have this resolved shortly. Wow... that was a doosie! Good catch.

This probably isn't a bug but I am getting comments in real time. That is, every time someone makes a comment, I get an email. I much prefer to get them daily in one email. I can't change the settings. Any advce?
